Currently have this in the primary and will be transferring to secondary tonight. My question is why add it on bottling day instead of to the secondary? I would think giving half of the extract to secondary would be good and then add more as needed on bottling day if I want more flavor. Is there a specific reason the recipe states to add on bottling day?
