That long a burst would probably melt the gun.only takes a 1/2-second burst to shoot down an incoming missile
not sure they would sustain a rate of fire for 20 or 30 seconds, but I can check with my Fire Controlmen shipmates

We saw it start to descend but soon lost it in the blue sky. We were also watching and listening to the command center simulcast on our cellphone so we saw it touch down via the phone. A few seconds after that we heard a sonic boom.Did you see the return to launch site landing a few minutes later?
I'm about 200 miles away and just saw the vapor trail cutting across the sky. by staying on I81 SOUTH, you will also be travelling on I77 NORTH
