Celebrity breweries really annoy me.

The one down here, Family Business Beer Company (owned by someone from the TV show Supernatural) has a celebrity food truck to boot (owned by someone from Duck Dynasty). They're out by Jester King.

We went once and the place was ******** to elbows and took 30 minutes to get ONE beer. Immediately ******* left and went to Jester King like I should have.

Also they were charging $7.75 for a pint of basic bitch beer (brown, esb, ipa) which in this market (especially where they are in Dripping Springs, which is way out of Austin proper) is extremely overpriced. To boot, I had 2 friends that went and the price point was different +/- $1, so they are also changing price based on demand.

So, without opening a giant can of worms, is there any credence to the claims that a person passed away who was apparently active in a FB group yet recently turned 21 so folks were sending this individual bottles of beer prior to them becoming of legal age and purportedly enabling some questionable, at best, behavior/problems?

For $10 a sixer, Sierra Nevada Hazy Little Thing is pretty solid

Of the big three hazebros, I think New Belgium's is the best, followed by Sam Adams and then Sierra Nevada. All can be had for $8.50-$10 around here.

Our big grocery chain (HEB) tends to have the New Belgium 12-packs of VR Haze for $14.99.

Seems to move. Always seems to be within 3 weeks of packaging here. Usually less.

I just thought of a really off-color and dark joke about this BiL thing that I'm going to keep to myself.

See MordorMongo, I'm growing as an individual.

Honestly, I feel bad for the girl... but I don't think if she didn't have access to whatever been she traded it would have made a difference. If it was a drinking problem, you're gonna find ways to drink. Heck, we had no problems.

That said, don't let people buy ******* bottles on FB. That's a really good way to get TV stations running stories like this and make it much harder to trade. A whoooole lot harder if you're in a state where shipping isn't even allowed from retailers (like Texas).

TBH, I shied away from all her nonsense after she started doing FB live vids for the female deprived barleybois. Not looking to slander anyone who has passed, so I'll let someone who followed the situation closer explain. Maybe NClambicguy

Based on largely what I have summarized by piecing things together, apparently there was blatant drug use, display of weapons and all sorts of crazy **** so obviously the person has some issues and from what i gathered it was in large encouraged and often times egged on. To each their own, but i find that absolutely disgusting and disturbing.
