Although I haven't seen it in a while, East End in Pittsburgh used to have ticketed events to bottle their beer. Also Voodoo's Homestead tap room was set up with Volunteer help.
 
2013 Arctic Devil is legitimately one of my favorite beers of all-time. I might still have another bottle lurking around, but I can't always figure out what year a given bottle is. Going to check my stash when I get home.
 
Ha yeah, weather got me in a barleywine mood, coincidentally at the same time I got that email.
Hah, I decided to go to B&V right after writing that post. Zumbar 6-packs for $13 and 1 week old Kismet FTW.

Beer of 2016 (in terms of best representing the year) has to either be one of those Tired Hands Milkshake IPA deals (turbid ass IPA with a bunch of **** added to it), or some really limited BA adjunct stout surrounded by all sorts of secondary market shitlordery.

Tired Hands basked in a lot of reflected glory there I think. It felt much more like an Omnipollo idea, their collaborators on the first batch
 
Okay , so I should not have been sending Commons bottles out for the last few years? Okay I will stop doing that then.
