I drink Two Hearted way more than I should. But I would never say it "***** on" the other beer. What the **** does that even mean? They're two different beers and I find both of them to be enjoyable.

You may be missing the point of beer here, dude.

***** on in this instance meaning i would chug Two Hearted from any Detroit pro's butt before I'd chug Elevated from a Albequerque pro's butt. Thanks for teaching me about beer bud. This is why I love this board and BA, "beer nerds" like me are spoiled and need to be taught how to "respect beer".

Cheers.

Just because you like one beer more than another doesn't mean the beer you like less is bad or inferior or is getting **** on.

But you do you, man.

I agree with this.

I also agree that I didn't really enjoy Elevated.

I'm not sure who's post to like to visually voice my opinion on who won this argument...

2016: Canned orange juice, so much citrus juiciness!

I'm severely divided on 100 ibus IPAs. I put Elevated, OTWOA, 1ZEnuf in the "meh" category. Abrasive, Axeman, and Permanent Funeral in the "woo hoo" category. Funny thing is, I tried the first 3 first and just thought I didn't like 100 ibu IPAs.

.... Two Hearted ***** on La Cumbre Elevated. This beer is nothing special. WTF are you talking about being "spoiled", everyone has better local options than IPA brewed a state away and if you don't think so then you aren't looking hard enough. Or you possibly live in Utah. Either way, you can have all my share of La Cumbre you want. I'll stick to Superpower and Juicy Banger.

A state away? I guarantee you're going to crush some Melvin.

2010: Racer 5 is overrated
2011: I don't get the Sculpin hype
2012: Why is Celebration so highly rated?
2013: Zombie Dust sucks
2014: Heady Topper is mediocre at best
2015: Every IPA that was not released for the first time this year tastes like the back of a hobo's balls
2016: ...and so forth.

I'm ******* pissed Bear Republic pulled out of SC distro and we don't get Racer 5 on draft here anymore. Used to be one of my go-to beers and I'd be happy if I could still drink it regularly.

How the **** is it that the local "brewpub" has a worse beer selection on tap now (they've always had guest taps in addition to their awful house beers, like their pilsner that tastes like straight creamed corn) than they did in 2012?

Too bad he wasn't around to teach you how not to be a "bad trader" before you went and ****** that up, bud.
Sometimes i think I am the only guy who remembers **** and/or brings it up.

Or

Old tosh quote.

**** I love the collective TB memory

Or someit like that.

ant880 you and your wife ever do the text to talk with 'gobshite'?

You see what I did then? I used that 'infamous TB memory' to tie the post together.*

Wonder if they will comment about it, it's being posted on their facebook page.
I doubt they will say anything until after huna to avoid the torrent of "I want a refund!" comments.
Head brewer said it was ********.

But yeah, if this is true I'm willing to bet they're keeping mum until after Huna.

Stories like this CCB-ABInbev rumor are always good for showing what beer bros have absolutely no business sense, or perspective on beer from outside of the beer geek/trader prism. Seeing all kinds of comments elsewhere about how CCB should be worth the same or more than Ballast Point because of **** like El Cat, Hunahpu Day, limited releases that sell out quickly, how their beer is sought after on the trade market, etc. Minor points such as production capacity, distribution range, and real estate holdings are apparently unimportant, what matters is if people will line up for your latest barrel-aged bottle.

Julian, please. The guy operates 6 liquor stores so he clearly knows what he's talking about. I think that guy (FloridaDrift) is jivex5k's homie is he not?

I've noticed the same thing elsewhere. Also people frantically sharing that FullPint post around on social media, and other "news sites" (using that term -very- loosely) "reporting" on this rumor, where their source is the FullPint post. The entire thing is a huge feedback loop and I wouldn't be shocked at all if the original "source" of the rumor was some dumb speculation (or an outright joke) on here or some other message board.

I don't know who that is. Like I said, REO Speedwagon speculation and nothing more. The fact that some dude decided to write an article about it tickles my fancy. I imagine he read the forums and his eyes lit up when thinking about the clickbait title he could use.
