Ok with the heading just trying to get attention to this. I brewed a red ale on &-11 so I named it Big Gulp radical red kinda corny I know. so here is my issues. it was in Primary for 8 days and seemed to be done. I transferred to secondary and tool a Hydro reading. Of course I did it after I transferred to secondary. It probably worked out for the best. I found the reading very high 1.058. I was shocked. When I put new airlock on and beer settled down is started fermenting again right away. Here is my two part question.
1) IS this a typical stuck fermentation?
2) is there enough yeast to finish or should I go and get some more and add?

the reason I ask about the yeast is it started right away once I transferred and put new airlock.

thanks for any input.:tank::tank:
