Just though I would share this funny moment from a live brewing session we had this past weekend. My wife and I did a live brew session (4hrs15min?!) I could not believe people hung out with us for that long.. (I digress) In the link you will understand what the PSA is all about.. lol Enjoy at my expense!!

The link takes you directly to the PSA... (I don't expect people to waste 4hours...lol)

Cheers!

A couple months ago I was brewing with a friend on his newish electric system. It was a 10 gallon batch, 9% ABV, with 15 gallon kettles. FYI, that combination spells disaster. Even with his heating element at its lowest setting, I can't count the number of times it boiled over. The next time I brew a double batch with him, I am providing Fermcap!

That's hilarious! I mean... not for you, but for us! Sorry man!

It made for good watching.. lol I think I handled it pretty well.. didn't drop the f-bomb at least.. It was fun.. I will let everyone here know next time we go live..

Ouch! This is why I always just set it for 210 instead of going 100% power during the ramp up to a boil. Then I babysit it during the final 2 degrees.

I NORMALLY do to.. lol but no I'm flapping my gums.. what I get I guess... I told Kelly to set it for 210.. but she thought 211 was better.. sabotage I think!!
