Proposing!

Just wanted to share the news that I'm proposing to my girlfriend in a few weeks.

She wanted me to use one of her grandmothers settings that needed a stone. I got it from her parents last weekend. Her (and my) parents were so excited, they had told the entire family by dinner that night. We're planning the wedding for next Ocotber in our hometown Charleston, SC.

I just got the ring back today. Here it is:

Congrats, and I wish you many years of happiness. Getting married is great. It really is a lifetime partnership with someone that you build an entire life with. There isn't anything greater in life.

Just wanted to report that last weekend was great. Se said yes (of course). We have the date officially set as 10-10-10. I'll be brewing the 10-10-10 beer next month, which we will be using for our toast.


Here we are at Niagra. It was only us, so we had to be creative to take pictures of both of us.
