poor bottle sanitation?

This is an 8-bit clone I made and put an apricot puree in the secondary. I boiled the puree for ten minutes with a little bit of water prior to adding. After 2 weeks in the bottles (sanitized with star san) untouched, this is what I have. Sorry about the poor pic.

It sounds like it's gonna take more than 2 weeks to settle out. The only way to know if there is an infection is to open one, check for carbonation, and taste for off flavors. All we can tell from a picture through the bottle is that it has not dropped clear.

Ok I'll have to wait. I tried what was in the hydrometer sample and it seemed pretty good. I'll try cold conditioning a bottle for a couple days and see how it is
