So I'm just trying to figure this out... A disagreement about MBP and CCK "value" in an entirely different thread means we have to change ways?
This thread is a total dumpster fire of a thread, but it's a lot of fun most days to talk about beer/whatever and loosely involving Pittsburgh.

Lots of people left purgatory to come over here to hell because they didn't appreciate the divine brothers and their minions moderating the **** out of their posts.

So now they're free to roam here, in all their knob-slobbing know-it-all-ness and they can use legendarirly dank memes to **** on whomever they desire.

You see the same 10-15ish people, the self-chosen ones, the all-knowing, knobslobbing *********s dictate which beers are worth what. Only they understand and decide which trades are worthy.

Don't be wrong, don't argue, don't have an opinion that differs from theirs, or you pay the ultimate eternal burn of Internet mockery from grown adults hiding anonymously behind mundane profile pictures.

Actually, this whole gig is pretty amazing. Maybe this ain't hell after all.

I guess the lesson is don't interject in someone's trade with an argumentative and authoritative tone when in fact, you are unequivically, unbelievably, dog **** wrong.

Nobody except the one guy was arguing the value of anything. Dude came into someone's trade thread, **** on it, and then got defensive when everyone called out his new money behavior.

People asked for info on CCK and it was given. If you're incapable of seeing the difference, perhaps the lens through which you view the world has some Primanti Bros on it.

Random question here, and Beerwanderer probably knows best here, but at Giant Eagle, rather than hang out and have a draft or two at the bar, are you allowed to buy a 6 pack from the cooler and then post up and have a few bottles? Or is on-site consumption only allowed for drafts and the designated single bottles?

Does anyone else feel (know?) that the "alerts" work differently on TB (as compared to BA)? All this talk about other threads got me thinking that I haven't seen an alert on most other threads being watched. So, manually checking and find that many/most of them have had newer content posted, but no alerts.

Edit: Maybe suspect that if you miss one thread alert, there are no subsequent alerts provided to you (until you go back and check that thread).
