Grains:
6.6 lbs light LME
3 lbs light DME
6 oz Vienna malt
6 oz Munich malt
1/2 lb chocolate malt
1/2 lb crystal malt 60L
Hops:
2 oz Northern Brewer - 7.5% AA - 60
1/2 oz Hallertau - 15
1 oz Saaz -5
Yeast: Irish Ale
Directions: Steep malts for 20 mins at 150 F, then remove, and proceed to boil with extract
Notes: I left these in the bottle for 1 month - they served VERY well in winter, but I am still drinking them now. Very tasty! I did not carbonate very much.
