Just sharing, if you don't want it, you don't need to respond.
Or maybe someone does need to respond? This thing launched for something like seven hundred bucks not that long ago. Now it's fifty on Facebook with throw-ins? When a deal sounds too good to be true, there's usually a pretty good chance that it actually is too good to be true. Sounds like they're trying to rope people into subscriptions that may not be as easy to get out of as they want you to think.

I'm really not here to say either way. I have no experience with it, the item nor subscription. But... the Printer 2 launch price was $200 (£149) which is ridiculous. But I think that a $50 for an insulated 1 gallon keg with a tap is actually reasonable compared to other options. Depending on what you are looking for, or to gift out to someone who may be slightly interested, it's not bad at all. Just like anything, people need to do their due diligence before entering into an agreement or buying anything.

Got mine and kicked off the first batch. This thing is really ingenious. Some of the ideas are better than anything else out there.
The wort smelled really good. Fun stuff.

It seems like a solid deal at this price. I wouldn't expect most of us to continue with the subscription, but the included beer is probably on par with an extract batch and it looks like the device would make a good small batch fermenter. It's just too bad you can't add CO2 as you pull a few pints

I've seen YouTube videos where people put their all grain wort in here, and that looks interesting.

Is this an advertisement or a review?
It looks like you just pasted ad-copy directly into this posting.
Are you the seller?

I just bought one for $49 with shipping. It came with a taster glass and 3x 12 pint kits.. used a virtual CC just for that so if I can't cancel the subscription, I'll just cancel the card. Figure that worst case scenario it costs what a beer recipe kit costs for a 5 gallon batch. If I don't like it I can give it away or re-purpose for water at festivals..

is this just a pressure rated vessel with a tap at the bottom.

how is this different .

other than the appearance
you could easily make this.
then add hopped malt extract and yeast and water and get the same result .

Thanks.... I guess? Just sharing, if you don't want it, you don't need to respond. It's actually easier.
So you’re an affiliate? Good luck. So sorry I’m just giving additional info to anyone that MIGHT think of getting one. I would not be surprised if they are out of business within a year.

I'm not advertising, nor reviewing, nor selling. Indeed, I copy and pasted since this is the "homebrew deals" section, as most seem to do. @PCABrewing
it sounds like he is not affiliated.

How in the world did you come up with that!?!? Believe me, I've called out plants in the past (and have had my posts removed because of it). Anyways, as stated previously, to each their own. Imo, this is better for the newbie that that glorified fridge iGulu is schlocking for $700.

That's all it is, yep. For the uninitiated who don't have the technical abilities you do, or care to tinker, this might be for them. It's just an alternative option.

Oh, so that must be the difference between the $700 version and the $49 version.
out of all of them this thing has got to be the coolest . with full all grain brewing and fermenting and serving all in one with temperature control for feremnting cold crashing AND serving AND portability. the unitank detaches from the unit after cold crashing and then has its OWN condenser.

to attach a condenser to the all in one vessel to me is genius.

and it has regular ball locks qd's

condenser on fermenter/ keg is pretty cool IMO

its totally unecessary and all that but still interesting.

i would definately try if i had throw away cash.

they just made 110 v for usa. hmmmmm🤔

edit : i just saw the video, although it only makes 1.6 gallons, it doesnt require there recipes and you can just add your own hops yeast malt etc.

looks like fun .

I successfully cancelled my subscription through the website. I will still buy packets if they go on sale. I have just done the dryhop phase on the mountain tropical ipa. And the beer is conditioning. I forgot about the tip that said to condition for a day before dryhop. Pretty cool how you just screw in the packet.

Also cool to easily disconnect the base holding all of the trub.
In making my own recipes, the dryhop will be the hardest part to figure out.

I will tap in a few days, but smells like any extract beer.

I'm 99% sure that it is a Peltier-style cooler that is attached to the keg. They work fine until the temp differential is beyond their capabilities. If I recall my old wine fridge they start to peter out 20° F below ambient.
