Drunk its quesadilla. Not even a good one, just cheese on a tortilla and nuked for a minute. Salsa may or may not get involved.

Now, just food I'll pig out on. Green Chili. My wife has to make double batches, because I'll eat it on everything until its gone. Burgers, burritos, eggs, grilled cheese, hot dogs, biscuits, etc....

my wife & I wreck some of those from time to time. and chips & salsa with sour cream.

I'm gonna go ahead and revise my list: pretty much anything that doesn't involve mushrooms and/or gravy, or anything with large or small chunks of fat. except bacon cooked extra crispy.:rockin:

Dang, Billy-Klubb. I could live with mushrooms and gravy on just about anything, expect; maybe ice-cream or cake.

Wow, deep fried chicken skin actually sounds pretty GOOD. The skin was always my favorite part of Kentucky Fried Chicken when I was a kid. ( They didn't call it KFC back then. )

I do a recipe call Cracklings Chicken which has REALLY crisp skin. Yum.

The wife just made some of this "Pulled Pork Pizza" I almost ate one by myself!

Perfect way to end a brew day!

I still remember when it was advertised as Kenny King's. And the original recipe was way different than it is now. Add some jojo's and a beer...
