I had a Hefe in the bucket for 3 weeks, and saw a little bit of pellicle + those small white bubbles on the top when I went to bottle. No big deal, I've seen that before and had no trouble.
No, 2 days after bottling, I'm seeing the pellicle form IN the bottles on the surface. Little white bubbles too!
Is this going to lead to bottle bombs or infected beer? My gravity went from 1.043 to 1.002 so I'm guessing the infection started...but will it be okay in the long run?!
