I brewed up a batch of Jamil's hazelnut porter on Saturday but replaced the hazelnut extract with 1oz of Peat Malt (in the mash).....I was looking for subtle complexity from the peat malt. With a 15lb grain bill, just wondering if I should have used more or less?

Thoughts?
