Hi,
Planning on brewing this stout BIAB tomorrow. It seems a big enough beer to do a partigyle, though maybe a small volume one. FWIW, on hand, I have a lb of DME, 2 cans of a Mr Beer IPA, a half lb of lactose and quick oats.
I have a huge starter of wlp004 irish that I am intending to pitch half of, then put the rest into a few chilled mason jars for future pitches.
Any ideas? Just a couple of cans of the Mr Beer should get me a pretty tasty IPA, or should I go and buy some flaked rye and a few lbs of LME and steep myself a session Irish red?
