Still a noob, so I'm posting this recipe here to see what others might think :

Grain bill is :

4.5 lbs Pilsner
1 lb Flaked Oats
.75 lb Flaked Barley
.75 lb Flaked Wheat
.25 lb Flaked Rye

Hop schedule is :
.75 oz Magnum @ 60
.75 oz crushed Juniper @ 5 / whirlpool
.25 oz bitter orange peel @ 5 / whirpool

Pitching Mangrove Jack Kveik @ 90F

I'm shooting for something like Dogfish Head's Nordic Spring IPA - a hazy, juniper hopped, slight edge of rye. I would appreciate comments / critiques, for whomever's inclined.
Thanks.

What size batch is this?

"IPA" can be a vague term, but it usually at least means the beer has some hop character. I would expect more than just a 60 minute addition of Magnum.

The video at this page says they use Citra, Simcoe and Comet hops.

Dogfish makes some pretty odd stuff with unusual ingredients, so it might be a bit hard of a target to hit.
