Oxygenate before Pitching ...

or Pitch before Oxygenating or it doesn't matter?

Yesterday I brewed and pitched, stirred the yeast in and then did a 15 sec. blast of oxygen, waited a minute and then did another 15 sec. blast. My guess is that is fine but I figure it is good to ask.
 
Personally I like to do both. When I am siphoning from kettle to fermenter I like to do so through a fine mesh strainer, this really oxyginates and catches crud, then after pitching I really aerate the crap out of the it.....I think that helps distribute the yeast and expose them all to nutrient, oxygen and wort right away.
