I picked up a few 50 pound bags of organic two row and wheat from Great Western. I haven't brewed with wheat before, so I wasn't able to compare, but I noticed the organic two row has a slightly richer malty aroma than my non-organic grains. I'll be brewing with the organic grains this weekend.
Has anyone noticed any differences brewing with organic grains? The two row came out to $1/lb, which doesn't amount to a huge price difference. It helps living near the malting company.
