Has anyone cloned Phillips Brewing's Superpower clone ?

https://www.phillipsbeer.com/the-beers/superpower
"Super power is a super charged hop-bomb, that is well balanced and smooth thanks to the addition of oats, wheat, and corn. The 4 different hop formats in this beer, cryo-hops, CO2 hop extract, hop-terpenes, and standard hop pellets, helps to make this beer well-rounded and jam-packed with hop flavor and aroma."

ABV: 8%.

Malt wise, I'm thinking 60/20/10/10 for 2 row, oats, wheat and flaked maize. Maybe dextrin ?
OG about 1.070
Yeast: Imperial A38 Juice or London Ale III 1318

I'm at a loss on how to do the hops. This beer is very balanced. I dislike IPAs that taste like orange juice - too sweet, acidic and overly citrusy.

Thoughts ? Advice ? Ideas ?

I know this is a super old thread that got bumped, but I did a somewhat similar 8% DIPA last year that used a mixture of T90, Cryo, CO2 bittering extract, and both kettle and fermenter liquid hop products:

1.080 OG
1.019 FG
30 IBU calculated, but probably double that in reality.
10 EBC

70% Pilsner
15% Wheat Malt
7% Golden Naked Oats
5% Malted Oats
3% CaraFoam

8 IBU of CO2 hop extract at 30m boil
50g Mosaic Cryo, 50g Strata and 25g Sabro Cryo, plus 5 each of Mosaic and Sabro Incognito, for a 30m hop stand at 75°C
100g Strata, 75g Sabro Cryo and 50g Mosaic Cryo, plus 15g Mosaic Spectrum, in the Dry Hop at day 7.

Fermented with Lallemand Verdant.
