Has anyone cloned Phillips Brewing's Superpower clone ?

"Super power is a super charged hop-bomb, that is well balanced and smooth thanks to the addition of oats, wheat, and corn. The 4 different hop formats in this beer, cryo-hops, CO2 hop extract, hop-terpenes, and standard hop pellets, helps to make this beer well-rounded and jam-packed with hop flavor and aroma."
ABV: 8%.
Malt wise, I'm thinking 60/20/10/10 for 2 row, oats, wheat and flaked maize. Maybe dextrin ?
OG about 1.070
Yeast: Imperial A38 Juice or London Ale III 1318
I'm at a loss on how to do the hops. This beer is very balanced. I dislike IPAs that taste like orange juice - too sweet, acidic and overly citrusy.
