Can I move to Florida and become some sort of branding/design consultant for breweries? I feel like they need it.

Umm, wut? These went 2:1 yesterday for MD. And he's ISO 2:2 for bottles on that same level. Unless his other offers are batshit insane I don't understand how this would be a relatively good one. Of course he limits his profile so you can't easily look at his history, because why not?

Even in a ****** deal thread, Florida gonna Florida.

But then again he does have one fan.

Never said it was a good offer. His other offers are that bad, but hey Florida is going to Florida.

There have also been a few posts of people looking to go 2:1 for SR71 or KBBS woth the Flagler stuff. It's the Florida way. It's never worked out for us, but if it worked for MBP, then there is hope.

Oh... Heyyyy Ryannnn :)

Classic shitlording: shaking hands with a renowned brewer at their small bottle release, then turning around and selling it for a huge markup

Eh, Corey says he is anti-hype and sales and stuff but I think we all remember the days when he had to personally approve of the beer being traded for before one of his bottles could move. That and the fact that he is closely affiliated with BaG and does special beers for Blum and crew make his statements come off pretty hypocritical to me.

Beerz are Gewd

I stand educated. Could have sworn BaG was a Florida chapter of NAMBLA

That being said, Corey seems like a nice and down to earth guy. I was pretty drunk when we spoke at Dark Lord Day (go figure) but he was humble about his beer and generally positive to be around. He also brought a nalgene of his Apple Brandy Barrel Summation which was commissioned by Florida Shitlords United or some Facebook group like that. While we were standing there drinking the beer that he brewed he started getting texts from dudes in the group who were mad that he was sharing it with people that weren't a part of the group. The fact that he doesn't tell all of those guys right where to shove it is kind of mind-boggling. His buddy tried to trade me a 4 oz pour of the AB Summation for my Group A Dark Lord ticket by stating that it was worth $100/oz on the open market. Top notch crew.

This exact thing happened to me in 3rd grade. It was over sharing some play-doh.

You should have grabbed the bottle from him, kicked him in the nuts and poured the contents of the bottle over his head.

It wasn't even a bottle. He was negotiating using a 4 oz pour from a keg. The sad thing is, I was going to do it if it was a 12 oz pour so me and a couple of buddies could get 4 oz each. You know, ticking and all that.

Well, I guess there is more than one sad thing about the whole exchange.
