Had a mild brew year due to some conflict and overall life drama but have been making up for it with 10 batches since October and 2 more scheduled before the years end.
I just got my hops in for 2017 but still have a lot of hops left over from the 2015 hop crop. I'm trying to find a way to use up the Nugget and Bravo; so far have only used them for bittering. I'm not much of a Barleywine guy but some will see themselves in an IIPA. Would love to hear what you would/have used them for as well as thoughts on using what I've purchased.
2017 starts my 4th year brewing and very excited to try some new (to me) hops and more challenging recipes. Maybe even a sour!
Anyone in Nashville, I'd trade for some 2016 crop Simcoe as my hop source does not grow or supply this.
