Had an old 1728 Scottish ale that was packaged march07. thought it was toasted so smacked it and went of to LHBS to get a new one on Saturday. I have checked it several times, but today, miraculously, it swelled. I was amazed. I guess I will pitch it into a starter on the stir plate for a few days and can it. Amazing!! Go yeasties go!! :rockin:
