Throwing together a last minute batch for tomorrow. Found an unopened bag from Northern Brewer that has grains for a Town Hall clone. The bag has not been opened since I bought it (just over a year ago). Still zip tied shut. Smells fine, doesn't seem to taste off. Typically I store all my grains air tight.
