No gushing on this one. A big head that quickly dissipated. Tons of fruit flavor. Loved it.

My first spin with any of the Ever Expanding Universe series. This is really enjoyable. Fruity brett expression, little bit of oak, great carb mouthfeel. Looking forward to the getting to the other 2 volumes in the future.

Any fellow Transient members living out in the Geneva area heading up there? Just moved there a week ago. Baby number 2 on the way in the next couple days here but would love to reserve a couple bottles and would obviously give you the cash/PP.

I'll return serve for an upcoming release and pick up your beers and additionally give you some thank you beers this go around. Please message me if this is possible.

Thanks!
Ryan

i'm driving up on sunday to pick up my reserved bottles and trustee for a couple friends. i could potentially trustee for 1 or 2 more as well, as long as you're willing to come to me (albany park area) to grab your bottles.

Was in Bridgman on Saturday. Good times as usual. Foudre 2 w/gooseberries and Rye Saison were highlights. A boatload of Honeystone and 18th Street Collab cans still available. Should be back again on Saturday for the anniversary.

Pastrami sammich from Bridgman Meat Market was most excellent.

Non Transient related, but visited Watermark for the first time since last summer. Lot more impressed than the first visit.
The Bert's Breakfast Stout, Coconut Vibes, Morning Dew, Pina Del Rey and Marzell were all worth drinking.

Yo, who I gotta blow to get Elon Musk to bore a tunnel under the lake so I can get to Transient more quickly?

I need this beer, but can't be assed to sit in Indiana I-94 construction traffic on my day off.
gotta use the that time change to your advantage and get up there a few places open 11est who doesn't mind drinking at 10cst

Just got to Transient.

Only free time during window.

Probably a touch less than 20 people lined up with 35 mins till open.

There are totally people at the front of the line in camping chairs. I'm curious how long they have been there.
they were there when I got here at 10:50

good to know. wife and I will be there tomorrow. hope there are some extra bottles remaining. anyone try the beer yet?

there's a little left but not much. As for the beer had it both on Draft and out of the bottle and both very good but the bottle is a little drier which Imo makes it more preferable to what he was trying to accomplish with the beer. Draft was a little sweeter with in my taste had a white grape thing going on which was nice in itself.

All in all it was a successful day I say for Chris, great turn out, steady crowd and working with the meat market to have there sandwiches available was a good idea and hope he will continue to do that on weekends thru out the summer season.

sitting in the corner at transient with the wife. anachronism on draft is tasty and makes me excited for the bottles. there are maybe 6 bottles of it left on the shelf. enjoying this day.

edit: when i poked my head back in around 5 est before making the journey back to chicago, they had put more anachronism bottles on the shelf, but i wouldn't count on there being any more at this point without a reservation.

Anyone heading over from Chicago this weekend that would be willing to pick up my Anachronism bottles? I could pre-paypal if needed.

I thought I was gonna be able to make it this weekend but it's not looking very likely at this point.

I'm heading over Sunday and I live in the South Loop and work downtown for handoff purposes -- if that works for you, PM me details and I'll take care of it.
