Couldn't wait. Ardent Premiere is lovely. It's a perfect blend of Oak, Brett and Sour. Goes down way too easy. Looking forward to opening the rest of the bottles from this release.

Opened up SecretSquirrel 's Cherry Pentameter last night. My first experience with the beer.

Ton of cherry flavor, light sourness, not much in the funk department.

Finally opened this guy up the other day:



Didn't get any anise like flavors from the absinthe barrel, but nice tannins from the wine barrel. Base malts still shown nicely throughout. Would bang again.

Also, if a kind soul is going up and getting their Buckley res I'd greatly appreciate a proxy if possible!

It was insane. There had to be close to 150 people in line at least. I lost track of how far it wrapped around... luckily there was a separate line for members. In and out in 15 mins. The butt hurt is going to be real later on the forums.
