Nottingham is a neutral type of yeast. What you want out of your yeast? If you want an English character than S-04 is great. US-05 would be another neutral type yeast.
 
I like wlp013 if you are looking for an English strain that will produce a drier beer. S-04 will leave a bit more sweetness behind.
 
It seems that a number of Brew-On-Premise places around here use Nottingham. They seem to buy in larger packages that are still available. I got some in a Ziploc from one. Maybe you can check a local U-Brew.
