since this is the first time I'm away from my father's homebrew equipment and experience, I'm calling myself a n00b. I had been brewing at the Old Man's side since I was a wee lad, but it will be different without his steady hand on my shoulder.
Until i can afford a brew pot and grain and/or extract, I plan on amusing myself with wines and ciders.
