Greetings, I am Xaekai. I'm from Happy Valley, the East side of Portland. I work in IT. I had an account here before, but it was deleted for inactivity or something. I've been too busy too brew lately, but I am quite well equipped to do so for both wine and beer, I have five primary fermentors, five carboys for secondary, a 20 gallon brew kettle, burner, riptide pump, counterflow chiller, corny kegs, a keezer, and lots of ezcap bottles. I think it was either DangerDave dragonblood mixed berry wine or some Graf (dark beer apple cider crossover) recipe that original brought me here. I'd like to eventually have all grain setup and a pot still. That's all I got for you.
