I'm brewing an amber ale used a liquid yeast that i forgot to refridgerate. There is no krausen or airlock action and it's been a week now. when i popped the lid on the fermenter there looked to be possible mold? i pitched another packet of yeast today and keeping my fingers crossed. is it safe to say that i've ruined this batch and need to start over?
I did a west coast ipa the first time around that went flawless. not sure if i got a little cocky on this one :/
