Newbie here :D

Hi all !
im from the beer forsaken land of Macedonia (the one in Europe, not the city in Ohio) and being the beer junkie that i am, i wanted to start home brewing for a while now

im totally new to home brewing, but spend last summer working for a couple of breweries in Austria, so i think i somehow have the basis even though i was mainly brewing Lagers there which might be a bit different.

the dream is to open up a brewpub here in my city and in the meantime im looking for brewing opportunities anywhere in this universe !

now after finally being able to acquire brewing supplies, im in the process of putting together my brewing rig, so i have like a million questions in my mind which i will share with you in the following few days !
i will start directly with All-Grain brewing !

Good luck on your endeavor man! I know you will enjoy it as much as the rest of us on here! I myself am stuck with extract brewing for the time being due to time constraints mostly, and not knowing how to do it leastly. I must say I have enjoyed the hobby so far, and look forward to many many more brews coming down the pipe! Having had the privilege of travelling all over Europe, I can say that the beer styles there are completely different than traditional American styles, but we're catching up, slowly but surely! Anyways, I am rambling! The key is to have fun, and enjoy what you do!
