My most successful Hefeweizen. Really came out good.
 
How is it? I have some ahtanum in my freezer that I haven't used yet.
Very floral, hardly any bitterness. Online descriptions mention spice/resin but I pretty much get none of that, maybe some faint berries on the finish. I think it's listed as an aroma hop which makes sense. If I brew with it again, I would definitely brew a blonde ale with it as the aroma/hopstand addition and use centennial for bittering.

Buckwheat (it has wheat too) Farmhouse ale fermented with a non purified culture of Simonaitis, this yeast dropped like a rock

HB Pale Ale made with Nelson, galaxy and with Kveik voss strain, it certainly did not clear out :S
