Hi folks, I've been brewing all-grain for a few years now (after many years of kitbrew), and recently looking more closely at water chemistry and mash pH.
Have been looking at many posts on this forum from the last 15 years or so, to catch up on what's been going on w.r.t. this topic... thought it was time to sign-up and maybe participate in future discussions.
