Hi everyone, I just joined HomeBrew Talk and am amazed at all the good information there is from fellow members. I have been home brewing for about 9 years enjoying many different styles including amber ales, pilsners, seasonal beers and IPAs. I like to experiment with different types of hops to adjust flavor profiles as well. We have a very active home brew club in my neck of the woods (Denver, Colorado) who is also a great source of brewing advice.
