Hello all,
Im a new member on this forum and Im really looking forward to learning from everyone! My firat attempt at wine was 2 yrs ago and was a miserable failure. I made the mistake of sanitizing my primary with bleach...
Im currently on my latest attempt and its all good thus far. I chose to use spontaneous fermentation on this one.
Im also working on fermenting some apple cider I purchased from a local farm. It was already pasteurized, so I added yeast nutrient before adding my yeast. Its already in the secondary phase, so im trying to plan how I will back sweeten if necessary.
