Hi, my name is Tasha and I’m happy to have found this group. Im new to wine making and I’ve been trying to figure out best yeast nutrients to buy in order to make a good mead. I purchased a wine and mead kit. Anyways is DAP good or ferm K? Also what’s the fastest way to make mead?

While they both work, Fermaid-K has DAP in it as part of it's ingredients. However, Ferm-K also has other ingredients that make fermentation faster and cleaner.
