Thinking about buying new kettle for smallbatches and biab. The first option is tall and narrow pot and the other one is more wide from the top but not so tall.
(The bottom diameter is about the same.)

Can anyone tell me the main differences/ advantages/ disadvantages in using one or the other.

For example does the tall and narrow have less boiloff?
Which is faster to heat?
Witch keeps the heat better?
(Of course there are other factors and differences than diameters, but let's focus on this aspect for now.)

Any experience and wisdom to share?
