I have just started all grain brewing with 1 batch under my belt (a cream ale) and one in secondary that I really need to cold crash and add gelatin to.

Overall I've done maybe 6 batches or so with none of them being terrible! Hope I can keep that streak going. I am unreasonably excited about the $20 pump I ordered from China that will allow me to recirculate and sparge. I'm trying to keep my fall down the slope on the shallowest side.

Welcome to the board from one extreme to the other. You get nine months of winter and I get nine months of summer! I did my first batch of all grain my self not to long ago.
