Hey everyone,
Finally decided to buy a home brew starter kit and try it out this weekend. I bought the true brew home brew kit and the true brew pale ale kit from the local home brew shop here in North Little Rock. Went home and boiled everything according to the instructions from the kit and it is now in the fermenting bucket. So far everything has gone smoothly and I am really anxious to try it in a few weeks.
So far this site has helped tremendously and given me some good ideas that I probably should have known before starting out, but oh well I will try them next time. I am a fan of dark beers and want to try a chocolate stout and some bocks and double bocks for sure. I will be looking around and asking questions for sure on how to do this in the near future.
