New to the forum... since all the craziness going on I decided to start brewing, well attempting to brew, my own booch.
I followed a recipe on line and grew a scoby. BOB looks very, well healthy. I did up my 3rd batch today. Been doing a gallon batch every week. Question is BOB suppose to grow with each batch or do I let him sit longer?

BOB is about 1/4 inch total... he split in two, is that ok?

That is fine, the blob BOB isn’t actually necessary, it’s a biproduct as the bacteria grow.
