Hello all! new here, but a long time browser for info. Im doing the NB Honey Kolsch kit...got the liquid yeast, added 1lb of light dme & 1lb of gambrius honey malt. I know this is nowhere near a kolsch, its more of a strong honey wheat. Any thoughts on what this may turn out to be?
