BTW, @D.B.Moody is on the right track.
I'm pretty sure I've seen this building in a TV show. I remember someone jumping (or being pushed?) from that tower. Can't remember which show.
I'm hoping that @bracconiere is remembering a different building.
Interesting angle. Here's a tower (and a bell tower) from a place we visited in 2017. If you've been there, you'll probably recognize it.

Feels like Ireland to me. But not to any of the castle's I've been to, they're more stand-alone. And it's too big for any of the little cities I've been in over there. But I'll say Ireland, as a starting point. The top looks a bit like Windsor castle, but not the rest.
And you would be right. Dublin Castle it is. You're up @Andres Falconer,I would say that this is Dublin Castle. Fond memories.
In 2014 I was at a two-day work meeting in Dublin Castle that ended with a memorable reception and after-hours tour. And you would be right. Dublin Castle it is. You're up @Andres Falconer,
Yes! Right on the Lithuanian border with the Russian exclave of Kaliningrad. Nida has beautiful beaches and sand dunes, and was an area formerly restricted to the Soviet higher-ups. These weathervanes go back to when this area was part of East Prussia, which Germany lost to Poland and the Soviet Union in WW2. I was lucky to be there last year. You're up @D.B.Moody.Nida
Worlds best sub tropical diving will get you there too.New Zealand is a long way from Greece. This can be found by Googling "sea cave New Zealand"
