I originally thought it was at the NATO School in Oberammergau, Germany.


OK...somewhere between Panama and the North Pole...got it.

And somewhere close to the Rocky Mts. I'm thinking either Colorado or British Columbia.

The Rockies aren’t the only mountain range in North America.

No burglar of Banf-f.

Not Solvang. I believe that is the San Rafael Range. The highest peak there is just under 7,000’. The peaks near this building are quite a bit higher.

Thanks, but none of those hints are helping me. I'm not a fish person and usually ignore learning about subjects I have no interest in.
