Tough one because not much to work with. Appears to be pacific or gulf coast since it’s a sunset. Your bio says you’re from Atlanta so gulf coast seems more likely...

Thought all I had to do was find a city in a german-speaking country with an Eis Cafe Milano, but found out there's a sh** ton of them! I'll guess one: Rostock? Kind of looks like it from the map.
