Fermented in the upper 70s, lower 80s F
This was the base for a malty sweet cherry wheat. I had a six pack worth that didn't fit in secondary with the cherries. Naturally, I bottled them and am drinking one now.
It has a faint red grape smell and a stronger red grape taste. Its not like, wow! Grape! But it is there.
No sign of infection.
Any ideas?
