64 oz is such a small amount of beer, I’d be inclined to save some 2 liter soda bottles. You can fill them with beer and a sugar priming charge and they will carbonate and hold the charge nicely. You can also purge the bottle air by squeezing slightly and tightening the cap. The bottle will feel firm as it carbonates.

Only issue would be transport or storage, you would want to shield them from the light to avoid skunking. I’ve even seen brown plastic MUG root beer bottles you could use which would be best.
get the "Super Handy". it's 1.3 gallons, almost 3 growlers worth.
 
here is away around co2 pic 4 is from aliexpress.com and pic3 is from amazon.com here in the USA if you rent a 1/4 keg or a big kegs you rent something like that in pic 3 we call them keger LOL....There is aother way you can do it Its the way I wash and rinse 1.6 Gallon Mini Ball Lock Keg which is the one I would use
pic 5 I wash tank out and the tube by using comprss AIR and then rinse it out the same waythen i can also rinse it out with star-san to all using compress AIR...If you like I can send picture of my rinse set-up which will work for your beer but I will not work for carbonation and here some thing else you can do is to make your own CO2 check this youtube out
