I don't have the resources to make any AG brews at this time :( but I am trying to figure out what the AG equivalent of 3.3 pounds pale LME would be. Anybody?

It depends on your efficiency, but you can usually estimate it to be ~4.3lbs....

Keep this in mind:

1lb 2-row = 0.75lb LME = 0.6lb DME

It dependes on which malt, like pilsen, golden, amber, dark?
And which barley, 2 row, wheat, pilsen, pale?
And what mash efficiency you get.

Example.:
Assuming Briess golden light LME
5 gals batch
Briess 2 row brewers malt
Efficiency of 75%

You would need 4.5lb of this barley malt to get same gravity as 3.3lb of the listed malt extract.
