Making a beer like King Citra from Fieldworks

Last summer I had the fortune of trying King Citra IIPA from Fieldworks Brewery in the SF Bay Area and I was blown away. I've made my share of IPAs (WC and hazy) but never made something like this. A clone recipe would be great but even just going in this direction would work - I've played around with tweaking a basic 2-row / Citra recipe (DDH with a lot of hops used) + a sugar addition near the end, results in some good strong hazy but nothing approaching the flavor of King Citra. For those of you that have tried it, any advice on how to brew a beer of in this style? -NC
