What are people doing with their beer & gas lines in between serving sessions? (Like… overnight.)
Should I be disconnecting everything? Or is just turning the CO2 off the way to go?
And what’s the preferred procedure for keeping the beer line clean? After I finish a pour there’s beer left in the line, and I don’t suppose I want to leave that in there overnight. Do folks usually dump that out, or actually give it a full rinse?
