I feel violated...sort of...not really actually... I hadn't slept for two days straight, and at the end of it all, I drove across town and got a used sanke keg that holds pressure. What to do... what to do.?
I've got a basic 6.5G turkey fryer that I can do 5G batches in pretty easily, 2 ~6G carboys, a 5G corny, so I'm not sure where this would even help me out.
Nevertheless, I've got it now.
What are your favorite uses for sankes? How many folks out there use them for mega-batch bulk aging, or as fermenters? Any thoughts on your experiences with them?
